How to Wear Your Contact Lenses? Step by Step

Step 1
Wash your hands

Ensure your hands are clean prior to making contact with your contact lenses. Your hands accumulate a lot of bacteria etc throughout the day so its vital you remove any sort of infection.

Dry Your Hands

Dry your hands to prevent any lint particles from the cloth reaching your eyes.
Step 3
Get Comfortable

Finding a position that you are comfortable with as well as being in front of a mirror will make the process easier.

Right vs Left

Step 5
Prepare

This is the step where you PREPARE to insert the contact lenses in your eyes.

Gently place the contact lens in the palm of your hand and apply some solution to clean it.

Than with your middle finger of your Dominant hand (The hand that has the contact lens on your Index finger) Pull down your eyelid.

Thereafter, gently slip in the contact lens into your eye and repeat on the other eye.

Give a few blinks to make sure its sets in the right position.
