During Your childs Exam

Your pediatric Optometrist will first start of with an easy vision test where your Childs will be asked to read some alphabets.

The optometrist will first cover one eye and test each on individually.

After this, your child will look through some special lenses to view the same alphabets at in the previous step. The doctor will simply switch from lens to lens to determine the best one.

A device called a slip lamp will than be used to determine your Childs overall eye health. This is a simple machine that emits some light to the eye so the doctor can get a closer look.
After the exam
